Depending on where you are located and what you ordered, some of the items in your order might dispatch from our international warehouse.
While the vast majority of these order does not have any tracking issues, we have had a handful of orders in which couriers have not update this status message until the item has been passed to your local courier. In rare cases, some status messages have been displayed for several days while the item is transferred to your country.
We understand how frustrating this can be but be assured that the delay it is not a cause for alarm.
As soon as your local courier receives the item they will override the tracking information and the next update will show the item has arrived at a depot close to your location.
