Tracking numbers are given to us by the courier after your item has been shipped out. As soon as we receive the tracking number, we send you an email with it. It may take up to 24 hours before that tracking number will work.
This can happen when the courier have not updated the tracking details, inputs an incorrect number or one of their systems has a problem.
This is very frustrating for you and for us as we may unable to locate the order until it arrives. Please rest assured that if you have a tracking number then your order is on the way.
